We take a personalized approach to coaching. Each individual's history and current needs are different. That’s why we ask every potential client to have a short session with one of our coaches before deciding if this is the right fit for you.

We believe in the healing power of humans being seen and recognized by one another. We believe in supporting underserved communities, acknowledging the insights of those who came before us, and the many different communal wisdoms that exist. We aim to create a safe space for everyone, and we acknowledge that successful coaching is highly dependent on a personalized connection.
